Pet Policy

• Dog/Cat Policy -Two dogs allowed per home and a maximum of three pets per home. There is no weight limit.
• Breed Restrictions - Click here to view a list of restricted breeds.
• Pet Fees - $300 non-refundable for first pet, $200 non-refundable for each additional pet, $15 monthly per pet.
• Pet Perks - Take your dog for a walk around the neighborhood. Our community offers many grassy areas your dog will love.
